We are inspired by inquiry play based learning, creative iSTEAM experiences, and Growth Mindset explorations. These philosophies assist children, youth and educators in building digital fluency, emotional intelligence, and creative thinking skills. This is the base for developing a diverse community of capable lifelong learners that will lead our future.

Inquiry Based Play
Inquiry-based learning is an approach that places a child’s questions, ideas and observations at the centre of the learning experience.
Play gives children a chance to manipulate and discover things at their own pace, and to dig deeper as they build confidence. Underlying this approach is the idea that both educators and students share responsibility for learning.
iSTEAM is an approach to learning that utilizes Innovation, Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics as access points for directing inquiry, collaboration, and critical thinking. Coded Minds creates programming to further enrich education by utilizing coding, robotics, and engaging project based curriculum to ignite curiosity in lifelong learning.
A growth mindset is the belief that intelligence can be developed. It's an understanding that a person can get smarter through hard work, the use of effective strategies, and help from others when needed. Educators play a crucial role in shaping a child’s confidence and outlook on difficult challenges through productive, continuous feedback and goal setting.
