Cancellation Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy helps us accommodate your needs while giving us sufficient time to fill open spots. Please provide written notice (send an email to camps@coded-minds.org) should you need to withdraw from one of our programs. Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule: • 100% refund: 20 (or more) business days before first class (less a $10+GST administration fee) • 50% refund: 7-19 business days before first class • 0 refund: 6 (or less) business days before first class.
